Orfina Porsche Design Vintage “TOP GUN” Chronograph Ref. 7750
50 Years Porsche Design: Very sought after collector’s item. Rare Orfina Porsche Design chronograph ref. 7750 in worn, authentic condition with automatic caliber Valjoux 7750 from 1973. Technically very good. Black coated stainless steel strap and case (original condition) with black dial, weekday (French) and date display, three black registers. tachymeter scale. One of the later version from 1973 with PD logo print on the dial. Formula 1 World Champion Mario Andretti wore this model on his Lotus during races. Exactly 50 years ago in 1972, F.A. Porsche realized its first chronograph together with the Swiss company Orfina and thus created a legend. The black “Posche watch” became a sales success and came onto the market almost at the same time as the introduction of the G series for the 911.
